MIRANDA RIGHTS

Before we ask you any questions, we want you to understand your rights:

You have the right to remain silent.
Anything you say can and will be used against you in a court of law.
You have the right to seek legal advice before answering of any questions and you may also have an attorney present during any questioning.
If you desire to have an attorney, but cannot afford one, one will be appointed before any questioning if you wish.
If you desire to answer questions without an attorney present, you have the right to stop answering questions at any time until you speak to an attorney.
