TRAFFIC STOP AND SEARCH WARRANT ARRESTS!
Sheriff Charles R. Guillory, of the Evangeline Parish Sheriff's Office releases the following:
On the 11th of January 2021 The Evangeline Parish Sheriff Departments Criminal Patrol Unit, stopped a car for a traffic violation. When deputies approached the car, they see the subjects inside smoking a cigarette laced with PCP. The passenger in the car became very combative with deputies. The subjects were both taken into custody and charged as follows.

LA:RS: 40:967.C Possession of PCP
LA: 14:108 Resisting an officer
LA: RS: 32:79 Improper lane usage
Also, on the 11th of January 2021 Deputies with the Evangeline Parish Sheriff Department, conducted a search warrant on a residence located at 410 North Latour. While deputies were searching the residence, they located PCP, marijuana and a hand gun. This led to the following action.
