NO KNOCK NARCOTIC SEARCH WARRANT SERVED

On January 16, 2025, upon the completion of a Narcotic Investigation, a No-Knock Narcotic Search Warrant was executed at the residence of 418 Rev E.D. Alfred Street with Narcotic Agents with the Evangeline Parish Sheriff's Office and Allen Parish S.W.A.T Team. 

Upon detaining all parties located at the residence a pat search and warrant check were completed on all parties involved along with vehicles at the residence and the resident itself.  The following was located: 

292.71 Grams of Synthetic Marijuana 

1.14 Grams of Crack Cocaine

8.2 Grams of Marijuana   

The following suspects were arrested:

(1)   Count of 40:966C Possession of Schedule I (Synthetic Marijuana) (Felony) and (1) Count of 14:108.2 Resisting a Police Officer with Force or Violence. (Felony)

 

Lodamien Terrance Skinner  

(1)   (1) Count of 40:966A (Synthetic Marijuana) Distribution/Possession with the Intent to Distribute Schedule I CDS 

(2)   (1) Count of 40:967A (Cocaine) Distribution/Possession with the Intent to Distribute Schedule II 

(3)   (1) Count of 14:108.2 Resisting a Police Officer with Force or Violence 

(4)   (1) Count of 14:95E Illegal Carry of Weapons: Crime or CDS (Felony)

(5)   (1) Count of 14:95.1 Possession of Firearm or Carrying concealed Weapon by a Person Convicted of Certain Felonies
