NARCOTICS ARRESTS!

Sheriff Charles R. Guillory, of the Evangeline Parish Sheriff's Office releases the following:

 On the 13th of February 2022 the Evangeline Parish Sheriff Departments Narcotics Unit conducted a traffic stop on vehicle for a traffic violation. Agents then conducted an interview with the occupants and located narcotics.

Possession of Methamphetamine

He was charged with

Possession of Methamphetamine

Possession of schedule 4 pills

On the 12th of February 2022 the Evangeline Parish Sheriff Departments Narcotics Unit stopped a vehicle on Hwy 29 for a traffic violation. Agents detected the sent of narcotics coming from the vehicle. Agents then conducted a search and located illegal narcotics.

For Possession of Marijuana

On the 15th of February 2022 the Evangeline Parish Sheriff Departments Narcotics Unit conducted a traffic stop on a vehicle on Tate Cove Road. Upon agents making contact with the driver and occupants, they could smell raw marijuana coming from the vehicle. Agents then conducted a search of the vehicle and located illegal narcotics and a stolen gun from the Port Barre area.
