~NARCOTIC PRESS RELEASE~ BRITTANY LE

On June 20, 2024, agents while patrolling Veterans Memorial Hwy, observed a vehicle bearing Louisiana plate 971GSQ traveling north on Veteran Memorial Hwy with a burnt taillight. Agents activated the emergency lights to affect a traffic stop.   Upon agents making contact with the driver, Brittany Le, they observed Brittany Le, front passenger Derek Guillot, and rear passenger Harry Reed.  Agents observed Brittany Le acting in a nervous manner grabbing things and attempting to move them about the vehicle and agents observed as she put an unknown item in the center console area and when instructed to get out of the vehicle, she immediately stated that she did not want to go to jail. When asked if there were any illegal narcotics in the vehicle, she stated that she did not have any in the vehicle but was unaware if anyone else did. When asked for permission to search the vehicle Brittany Le granted consent to the search and inside B. Le's wallet a cellophane with 1.64 grams of Marijuana. In the center console was the multi colored container that B. Le had in her hand and it appeared to have Methamphetamine residue inside of it.

Brittany  Le was issued a citation for Driving Under Suspension and burnt headlight. She was issued a citation #89059664 for Driving under suspension, burnt taillight.  Brittany was also given a Criminal Summons for Possession of Schedule I under 14 grams.
