NARCOTIC ARREST BRIEFING NO KNOCK SEARCH WARRANT CASEY MARKS AND NOEL FONTENOT
A Narcotic Investigation by the Evangeline Parish Narcotics Unit led to the Execution of a Narcotic Search Warrant on December 10, 2024, by Narcotic Agents with Evangeline Parish Sheriff Office with the assistance of Allen Parish Sheriff Swat Team. The No Knock Narcotic Search Warrant was conducted at the residence of 416 Northeast Railroad Ville Platte, LA. Upon entry into the residence, contact was made with a black male identified as Noel Fontenot and a white female identified as Casey Marks in.
Inside a book sack was a small cloth zipper pouch with a digital scale and .38 grams of loose Methamphetamine. On the nightstand next to the bed, Agents located a glass meth pipe with a residue inside. On the left side of the bed, in a glass candle holder located in a drawer, was .83 grams of Methamphetamine. Also, in the bedroom, .45 grams of loose Methamphetamine was located in a white purse. When searching under the mattress of a bed in the living room, a Mossberg International 22cal Model 715T Serial # ME3763631 with 1 bullet chambered and 6 bullets in the magazine.
Casey Marks was arrested and charged with (1) Count of 40:967 C Possession of Schedule II, Methamphetamines (1) Count of 14:95. E Illegal Carrying of a Weapon, Crime or CDS (1) Count of 14:95.1 Possession of a Firearm or Carrying Concealed Weapon by a Person Convicted of Certain Felonies.
Noel Fontenot was arrested and charged with (1) Count of 40:967C Possession of Schedule II Methamphetamines. (1) Count of 14:95E Illegal Carrying of a Weapon, Crime or CDS
