Sheriff Charles R. Guillory, of the Evangeline Parish Sheriff's Office releases the following:
The Evangeline Parish Sheriff Department Narcotic's Unit along with the Allen Parish Sheriff Department Swat unit, conducted a search warrant on June 27,2023. Agents entered a residence located on Reverend E D Alfred Street in Ville Platte. Agents took two suspects into custody without any incidents. Agents then conducted a search of the residence and located numerous illegal narcotics and stolen firearms.

Possession of schedule 4 Amphetamine
Possession of schedule 2 Hydrocodone
