DETECTIVES EXECUTE WARRANT!
Sheriff Charles R. Guillory, of the Evangeline Parish Sheriff's Office releases the following:
On the 29th of January 2021 The Evangeline Parish Sheriff Department Detectives Division went to execute an arrest warrant on a subject. When Deputies announced their presence, the subject took off running on foot. The subject was captured and charged as follows.

LA:RS 14:56 Criminal damage to property
LA:RS: 40:966. C.1 Possession with to distribute Marijuana
LA:RS: 40:1023 Possession of drug paraphernalia
LA:RS: 14:108 Resisting an officer
Deputies recovered over 22 grams of marijuana
And over $1600.00 in U S currency
