~ CRIMINAL PATROL NARCOTIC ARREST~ JASON RICHARD

On February 3,2024 Narcotic Agents while patrolling the Oberlin Road observed a vehicle bearing the Louisiana License Y395659 swerve from side to side within his lane on Oberlin Road.  Narcotic Agents conducted a traffic stop. When Agents made contact with the driver who was identified as Jason Richard.   Upon contact Agents conducted a pat search for weapons and officer safety.  Agents located drug paraphernalia on Richard.  A search of his person was conducted and Agents located 5.3 grams of methamphetamine and 03 grams of synthetic marijuana.   

Jason Richard was arrested and charged with Possession with Intent to Distribute Methamphetamine, Possession of Synthetic Marijuana.  Richard was also cited for improper lane usage.
