~ARREST BRIEFING~ JUVENILE SUSPECT
On December 8, 2023, the victim / business owner of R & T Towing reported that several unknown suspects gained entry into his tow yard and had stolen two ATY's that were impounded for an unrelated incident on a previous date. During the investigation the victim advised that he had video evidence of the suspects that committed the burglary.
After obtaining the video, the victim posted it on social media in order to possibly identify the suspects. During that time, one juvenile suspect was identified. A warrant was later obtained for the suspect and he was charged with simple burglary, criminal trespass, criminal damage to property, and unauthorized entry of a place of business. This investigation is ongoing and more arrest are likely.
