~ARREST BRIEFING~ JORDAN DOUCET

On 07/06/2024 while conducting regular patrol duties night shift patrol deputies conducted a traffic stop within the city limits of Ville Platte on a vehicle for an equipment violation. During the course of the stop the driver who was identified as Jordan Doucet (11/23/1992) was found to be in possession of a concealed handgun on his person. Doucet was then advised of his Miranda Rights and placed under arrest for Felon in Possession of a firearm. Doucet was then booked into Evangeline Parish Jail without incident.
